WaterCo provides residential, commercial and strata irrigation service across Metro Vancouver and we work with many of the large property management groups in the lower mainland.

April and May is our busy season for turning on and testing irrigation systems as well as testing backflow preventers. We check the operation of your irrigation system, ensuring that everything is working properly. Ideally, we will set up your controller for the amount of water that your landscape will require in the spring and we will return for a summer check up to make sure that everything is still working properly and increase the watering times as required. We carry all of the parts and materials to repair 95% of any problems that we may encounter so you don’t have to worry about call backs and service rescheduling.

October is another busy time for us, this is when we start to winterize irrigation systems. While winterizing we check over the system noting if there are any changes that need to be made the following spring and we take note of any damage or problems to be taken care of the following year.
